The ΑΙΙΑ Summer School on Autonomous Systems 2020 has special focus on autonomous self-driving cars (HW/SW architecture, highway environment perception, control), autonomous marive vehicles and autonomous drones (HW/SW architecture, world perception, modeling and mapping, mission planning and control). It consists of two short courses:
1) ‘Computer Vision and Deep Learning course ’ 17-18/08/2020 delivering an in-depth presentation of Deep Learning and Computer Vision for Autonomous systems, with applications on autonomous cars, marine vehicles and drones.
2) ‘Programming course on Autonomous systems’ 19-21/08/2020, providing skills for programming autonomous systems, focusing on drones (Pytorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV, CUDA, ROS, Gazebo, AirSim).
Both courses are at undergraduate/early graduate level. Students, Engineers, scientists, and autonomous systems enthusiasts can register to either or both courses :
